Andrea understands firsthand the challenges and emotional toll of caregiving—both as a devoted carer for her mum and a professional caregiver. With over 20 years of experience in the disability industry, she has supported countless families, led teams of support workers and seen the
courage and resilience it takes to walk this path.
She knows that caregivers need more than just information—they need practical systems, emotional support, and guidance to thrive in this heroic journey.
Her expertise is backed by formal qualifications in training and assessment, as well as counselling and a deep commitment to improving the well-being of caregivers, their loved ones, and individuals with disabilities. Drawing from her experience in management, business systems, audits, quality standards, disability support, mental health, and nutrition, Andrea creates tailored programs designed to empower caregivers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate their role with greater ease and balance.

Where and when is the workshop held?
The workshop runs for 9 face-to-face sessions at Bellarine Training & Community Hub on Tuesdays from 7:00 – 8:30 pm, starting 22 April 2025 (excluding 6 May 2025).
Yes! Participants will receive a printed workbook filled with session content, practical exercises, and resources to help you apply what you learn.
