Terms and Conditions
Pricing and payments
A1 Quality Care use a third party payment provider, Stripe Payment for the products must be
made at the point of purchase.
You agree to provide payment for the products in the stipulated currency and you will be
liable to pay any relevant conversion charges, as well as applicable sales tax in your region.
Please note that we must receive your payment in full before providing you with access to
the products.
We reserve our right to review and change the pricing of any of our products. This will not
affect products that have already been purchased.
Changes to Fees
A1 Quality Care reserves the right to adjust Purchase or Subscription fees at its discretion
and at any time. Any changes in Subscription fees will take effect at the conclusion of the
current Subscription period.
Prior to implementing any changes in Subscription fees, A1 Quality Care will give you
reasonable advance notice. This allows you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription
before the new fees take effect.
By continuing to use the service after the new Subscription fee comes into effect, you agree
to pay the updated Subscription fee amount.
Using NDIS funds
A1 Quality Care offers assistance to individuals striving to achieve their goals in their plans
through various means:
Providing coaching, mentoring, and consultations aimed at enhancing the capabilities
of individuals with disabilities, their family members, and support workers.
Conducting group training sessions and workshops.
If you have NDIS funding and are self-managing or plan managed, you can utilize A1 Quality
Care; services as long as they align with the objectives outlined in your plan. Its important
to note that A1 Quality Care is not registered with the NDIS, so services provided on a & fee
for service; basis cannot be funded through Agency-managed plans.
As you define your goals and prepare for plan reviews, its advisable to consider your
ongoing need for capacity building and include this in your plan.
You may be able to claim on your NDIS Plan (check with your Plan Manager). Most people
use one of these lines:

No show -late cancellation
You agrees to notify A1 Quality Care at any time during the Coaching Program if you wish to
cancel the agreement prior to the completion of the program.
You are required to give A1 Quality Care a 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
Cancellation in less than 24 hours will incur a full fee. A cancellation and refund policy are
legally enforceable, and are included in your written agreement.
A1 Quality Care will notify you if they feel they can no longer best serve you in the Coaching
Program. All money will be refunded if A1 Quality Care cancels the agreement at any time
during the Coaching Program.
Indemnity
A1 Quality Care provides training services to its customers. By accessing and utilising our
training content, you acknowledge and agree to the following : Your participation in our
training programs is voluntary. You have chosen to engage with our content of your own free
will and understand the risks associated with it.
In consideration of being permitted to access and use our training content, you hereby
release and discharge A1 Quality Care, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from
any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to your
participation in our training programs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Quality Care, its officers, directors,
employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or
expenses (including attorney fees) incurred as a result of any claims brought by third parties
arising from or related to your use of our training content.
A1 Quality Care makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy,
completeness, or usefulness of the information provided in our training content. We disclaim
all liability for any errors or omissions in the content. This release of indemnity shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and national jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this release shall be resolved exclusively
through arbitration in [City, State] in accordance with the rules of the Australian Centre for
International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA).
You understand and acknowledge that participation in our training programs may involve
certain inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, physical injury, emotional
distress, or financial loss.
The instructional material provided by A1 Quality Care for customers to develop their own in-
house caregiving systems emphasises that A1 Quality Care assumes no responsibility for
the design of customers' written instructions or the adherence of third-party support staff to
these instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate
and legal information by checking local laws and regulations.
By accessing and using our training content, you acknowledge that you have read and
understood this release of indemnity and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
A1 Quality Care reserves the right to update or modify this release of indemnity at any time
without prior notice.
Copyright
By purchasing A1 Quality Care materials, you have agreed to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of
the Content being the property of A1 Quality Care, subject to your compliance with these
Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a sole use of this material for personal
purposes only.
No Company ‘Content’ of A1 Quality Care; may be copied, reproduced, republished,
uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or
downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the A1 Quality
Care.
Modification of the ‘Content’ or use of the ‘Content’ for any other purpose is a violation of the
copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created
the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. You may not
distribute, modify, transmit or use the content, including any and all software, tools, graphics
and/or sound files, for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission
of A1 Quality Care.
No such materials may be used except as provided in these ‘Terms of Use’.
Client Privacy
At A1 Quality Care, we prioritise the privacy, security, and confidentiality of our customers
personal information. We employ stringent measures to ensure that all data provided to us
remains private and protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or
destruction.
Our website and training services are designed with robust security protocols and encryption
methods to safeguard sensitive information. We adhere strictly to relevant data protection
regulations and industry best practices to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of
personal details shared with us. Your trust is paramount to us, and we are committed to
upholding the highest standards of privacy and security in all aspects of our operations.
Digital Content
To align with our efforts towards sustainability and efficiency, A1 Quality Care provides digital
manuals only.
Password Protection and Use
A1 Quality Care may require you to create a username and password in order to use certain
features of the Website or its content. A1 Quality Care is not responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of the username and password you create. You are solely responsible for all
activities, whether by you or by others, that occur under your username or password and
within your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from
your failure to protect your username, password or account information. If you share your
username or password with others, they may be able to obtain access to your Personal Data
at your own risk.
You shall agree to immediately notify A1 Quality Care of any unauthorised or improper use
of your username or password, or of any breach of security by immediately sending an email
to [email protected] immediately after recognising such breach or improper use.
Learning at your own pace
After creating a login on the platform, you can begin a course and return later to continue or
rewatch videos as needed.

Termination of service, subscription
A1 Quality Care reserves the right to terminate any service, such as coaching, consulting,
and workshops, if you engage in bullying, provocation, or aggression towards A1 Quality
Care staff or other participants.
A1 Quality Care reserves the right to suspend or end your account without prior notice or
liability, for any reason, especially if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, your access to the service will stop immediately. If you decide to end your
account, you can just stop using the service.
Disputes
If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the
dispute informally by contacting A1 Quality Care.
